With industry specialists throughout our firm, we serve a broad range of clients across 3 distinct but also complementary industries and sectors. For both permanent and temporary positions, you can rely on us to deliver the best candidates for even the hardest positions.
We emerge from a strong joint-venture of the French recruitment agency CDG Conseil and the Dutch recruitment agency Derks & Derks. Both agencies are owner-managed and have been cooperating since 2011, through the international agency network INRALS. INRALS is the only global network of over 20 high-quality agencies, that meet strict criteria concerning market expertise, values and a mutual drive to cooperate and share knowledge to best meet their clients’ needs.

Kevin Camps
Founding & Managing Partner
After his studies in Psychology, Kevin Camps did an internship in emergency psychiatry. Although this field was important in his life, he realised it could be even more interesting if combined with the Management field. After International Business and Marketing studies and an Executive Class later on, he started his career in an SME, specialised in Sales & Marketing for Middle Management profiles in the technical sectors. After 3 years, he joined Mercuri Urval where he focused on finding Executive profiles required all over Europe. Before starting his entrepreneurial adventure, he developed and managed a team of consultants & recruiters in Executive Search at Hudson Benelux.
Then came the moment to start his own company with his international partners, Jan and Cedric. As Co-founder and Managing Partner of Key4Nova, Kevin is responsible for the Belux Market.

After graduating from a business school with a major in Finance, Cédric quickly developed an interest in human relations besides his interest for finance. His experience in recruitment started as a consultant and as a business unit director in an international major player in this field. He mastered his experience in the Human Resources department of a US pharmaceutical company. His entrepreneurial spirit and his connections in life sciences and innovation led him to create his own recruitment firm, CDG Conseil, in 2006. CDG was one of the first members of INRALS in 2013, which reflects CDG’s scope and vision. In 2021 he decided to join forces with his Dutch partner Derks & Derks to create a Belgian recruitment agency, i.a. specialised in the life sciences sector.
Jan Derks
Founding Partner
After concluding his Organisational Psychology major, Jan worked for 2 recruitment agencies where he quickly developed to be the business unit manager. In 2001 he started Derks & Derks which become a top recruitment/selection/outsourcing and talent development agency in the Netherlands. He strongly believes in a personal approach: “I believe that personal attention and carefully listening to candidates and clients is and remains most important in finding the right match.” Derks & Derks is initiator of INRALS, a global network of recruitment & selection agencies specialised in Life Sciences. With this professional knowledge and experience he started to setup Key4Nova with his fellow member of INRALS CDG Conseil.
